In case it is possible, you can engage in cardio exercises at a more regular rate.

You can also consider using free weights if your target is attaining muscle mass. Machines are good but free weights are preferred since they help in exercising more muscles. In turn, you will gain more muscle mass. One thing you should be informed about when establishing a weight loss program is being ready to stay committed to the program for some time.
